This beach house is 2.5 easy blocks out the back gate to the private neighborhood entrance to St. Pete Beach. House comes with a wagon, beach chairs and Shibumi sun shade for a great day at the beach.  Also, steps from the back gate is Lazarillo Park with tennis/pickleball courts and a dynamite playground.
