This home is located minutes to historic Pass-A-Grille and steps away from the award winning Don Cesar resort. This coastal mid century modern inspired home has 3BR/2BA in 1800 sq ft. A short walk out the back gate brings you to Lazarillo Park with a playground and illuminated tennis courts. A boat ramp is 1 block away next to the Pelican Sanctuary where hundreds of Pelicans return every night at dusk.
This home rents by the month (30 day min) due to neighborhood rental restrictions. Beach chairs, wagon and a Shibumi Shade are included with the home. The house has a Weber gas grill. The spacious back yard has a fire pit, outdoor shower and hot tub currently being installed. There is parking for 4 cars. Pets under 25lbs are welcome with an added security deposit.
This location is the best on the beach! From the house, TPA airport is 30 minutes, downtown St.Pete is 12 minutes and the Skyway Bridge is 10 minutes. Numerous public golf courses with in 30 minute radius. Quality homes like this do not become available often, so apply today.
